DELIVERY
You’ll find shipping charges explicitly added to your order; we kindly ask you to pay for them. We estimate 2-10 working days for deliveries in Romania and 5-15 working days for other countries. The delivery time is indicative and therefore is not guaranteed in case of “force majeure”.
Unfortunately, in this period, the delivery time might increase. We’ll do our best to deliver the products in the shortest time possible.
We do not charge shipping costs for orders in Romania exceeding 300 RON.
Some countries charge customs fees or taxes. We kindly ask our customers to pay those taxes. Unfortunately, we cannot always inform our customers about these possible extra-charges.
RETURN POLICY
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund in the bank account you provide.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
• Discounted items are finaland cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
• Click the “Return” button in the footer of the website

• • Fill in the return form, mentioning your option for money refund or product exchange. If you opt for money refund, please provide your bank account info. The owner of the account and the initial order beneficiary have to be the same person. We’ll make the refund within 10 working days from receiving the returned items.

• We are not able to refund delivery costs, credit cards fees, bank commissions nor customs fees or taxes.
